12. How do I uninstall the app?
In your shopify backend within our app, simply click on the three dots at the top right. The menu item „uninstall“ will be displayed. Please click here and the app will be deinstalled. You will not be charged any further costs from this point on.
Please note: if a new billing cycle has already started at the time of your uninstallation, you will be charged the full amount for this period. Unfortunately, this is intended by shopify and cannot be amended from our side.
