3. Wie ändert die App die Preise?
The app always takes the price at which the product was originally created as reference price. This price is the basis for all reductions.
If the product is already discounted - the compare at price is used to apply the discount.
4. Why do I only see the discounted prices and not the original crossed out prices?
If you are only seeing discounted prices then you have most likely enabled the option to hide compare at prices. To solve this:
1. Go to Markets in your Shopify admin.
2. Click on a Market (most likely a European one)
3. On the right click on Compare-at price
4. Disable the option in the popup .
5. What happens if a product is included in multiple campaigns?
Our app will always prioritize the latest action. If the latest action was to stop a sale then the product will return to its full price. If the latest action was to apply a discount then the product will finally be discounted in your store.
Discounts will also overwrite each other. So running a 20% off sale on an already 10% discounted product will result in a 20% discounted product.
6. Why are my discounts suddenly disabled on some or all products?
If discounts are suddenly disabled after some time or are not applied on your products then this is usually caused by one of the following two reasons:
1. These products were also included in another sale which was recently stopped. Our app is always prioritizing the latest action on a product. So if the latest action was to stop a discount then it will finally not be discounted in your shop.
2. A conflict with another app. Could you please check if you have linked your store to any inventory syncing or POS app? These apps often update product data regularly including price and therefore disable the discounts. But inside these apps there is often a setting where you can disable the prices from being synced.

Die App richtet sich an alle eCommerce Händler und kann sowohl von Beginnern, also auch von Profis sinnvoll genutzt werden.
9. Wie lange dauert es, meine Produkte zu rabattieren?
Es dauert pro 100 Produkte ca. eine Minute. Es war uns sehr wichtig besonders schnell zu sein, um Dir die Handhabung so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
10. Kann ich in einen laufenden Sale eingreifen?
Selbstverständlich können auch bei einem laufenden Sale alle Parameter (Laufzeit, Rabatt, Produktauswahl etc.) jederzeit und selbsterklärend angepasst werden.
11. Kann ich mit dem Sale & Discount Manager „Free Shipping“ anbieten?
Nein, das ist mit dieser App nicht möglich. Wir haben uns bewusst dazu entschieden, mit dieser App nur Funktionen für Salekampagnen anzubieten, um Bedienerfreundlichkeit und Geschwindigkeit möglichst optimal zu gestalten. Für Free Shipping benutze bitte die Shopify Funktion für Discount Codes.

If you want to cancel the subscription you can simply uninstall our app.
